What a great month!!!
First, on the 7th we had Nick Vujicic at WBC for a Joni and Friends event. He also spoke at all four services that weekend. Nick came into class on Sunday to say "hi" to everyone.
Then, we had our annueal bowling event on the 29th - great time.

Had a great time at bowling - 24 of us! We also located the missing bowling ball. What a busy day that was.
We are planning on adopting a new soldier as Jim and Kerry are Colorado.
Tiger game is set for April 26th - all tickets have been bought.

How cool was it today to meet Cap't Jim. We really appreciate Kerry giving up preciuos moments she has with him before he heads back to Iraq. He fielded all our questions, and really seemed to like talking and meeting everyone. Makes me even more geeked to send him the next batch of letters and package (toward the end of November). I will post pictures when Kerry forwards them on to me.

I really love everything about our class. Perhaps the one thing I look forward to most is our annual Baptism/Barbeque/Picnic. That event has both a spiritual and social aspect to it. I look at those days and just shake my head in amazement at what the Lord is doing with our group.
Yesterday we had our second baptism of the summer. It was a beautiful day and a special one for Tanya. It was a blessing to see the joy in her face after she was baptized by John. What excitement!
Thanks to Linda and John for hosting. Can't wait til next year already.

Yikes! If you don't keep on this stuff you'll miss out on alot - and I have.
Here goes.
The summer has been very busy for the ministry. Our door greeting (11:30 service, every other month) started in the spring. What a lot of fun. Everyone is doing a great job!
We had the Tiger game outing in May. It was hard to tell what was worse, the Tigers or the whether. It was still a good time, as usual.
Our third annual barbeque/baptism was in July. Nick was baptized and Debbie gave her testimony. Lots of laughs as we spent the later part of the day fishing. Man, those fish were glad we left. See the video of that day in the video section.
Also this summer we have "adopted" a soldier - Cap't Jimbo and his wife, Kerry. Just this week we received a package from Jim. Keep prayin'.
Other than that, the Lord has greatly blessed us and kept us busy with the movie nights and bulletin stuffing.

We had a fun movie night. Looking forward to a busy July.
I'm still working on when we will be doing greeting at the main doors.
